Dominic has over 22 years' experience in legal environments, beginning in costs and funding at a local firm before progressing through senior roles including Advocate, Litigation Manager, Head of Advocacy and Head of Litigation at large national law firms. He founded Resolute in 2022 and leads on technical advice, drafting, advocacy and litigation support. Away from work, he coaches football and is a lifelong Everton supporter.
Leonie began her legal career within a large personal injury department before progressing to work closely with a commercial litigation lawyer. She worked as a Costs Negotiator and later as Negotiations Manager, and joined Resolute in 2022, where she plays a central role in team development and client relationships. Outside the office she enjoys time with her family and dogs, reading, and following Liverpool.

Carley joined Resolute in February 2024 with over 10 years' experience in legal costs. Having worked across business support and a variety of roles, she brings strong organisational and data-analysis skills, streamlining the processes that keep every instruction running smoothly.
Caroline has worked in costs for 14 years, starting as a trainee in 2011, and joined Resolute in June 2024 to strengthen the drafting team. She handles complex, multi-track matters and enjoys time in southern Majorca and the Lake District.
Gwen completed her law degree in 2006 and began her career in costs in early 2007, with a particular interest in written advocacy. She joined Resolute in March 2023 and handles complex matters and bills on inquest and Court of Protection files. She spends her spare time with family and friends, reading and running.
Michelle has over 19 years' experience as a legal costs negotiator, following five years within various law firms. She joined Resolute in June 2025 and focuses on clear communication and maximising recoveries, with a strong emphasis on training and developing junior staff.
Nathan has been an integral part of the drafting team at Resolute since 2022. He prepares precise, accurate documentation and continually refines the firm's drafting processes. Outside work he enjoys travelling and managing social media.
Ryan joined Resolute in August 2023 as a Senior Negotiator, bringing over 18 years' experience in costs negotiations across all types of matter, from housing disrepair to Precedent S clinical negligence. He combines a detailed, results-focused approach with a practical attitude. He enjoys the gym, golf and following Manchester United.
